I am Judith Aymerich. I guide families through buying and selling their home in Castelldefels and along the Barcelona coast. I take care of everything that usually feels daunting — the price, the paperwork, the negotiation, the notary — and I explain it in plain language. You decide; I make sure you decide with all the facts in front of you.

How I got here

I studied Marketing and Advertising and went on to a Master in Digital Marketing. That gave me a different way of looking at a house: not as one more listing on a portal, but as something to understand, prepare and present to the right person.

Over the years I learned that what really makes the difference is not the campaign — it is being there. Answering the phone. Going to the notary. Knowing the architect who actually replies in August. That is why I work alone, on few transactions at a time, and not the other way round.

Who is Judith Aymerich?

An independent real estate agent in Castelldefels and founder of Aymerich Real Estate. I studied Marketing and Advertising and a Master’s in Digital Marketing, and I guide the buying, selling and renting of homes in the Baix Llobregat and on the Barcelona coast.

Which areas does she cover?

Castelldefels, Gavà, Gavà Mar and Viladecans in the Baix Llobregat, plus Sitges, Cubelles and the Garraf. The office is at Passeig de la Tramuntana 22, Castelldefels.
